We aim to display product names, ingredients, net quantity, price, images and other available information accurately. Product images are illustrative; packaging, colour and appearance may vary slightly from the image because of batch, lighting or packaging updates. Always read the information printed on the delivered package before consumption. If website information and the sealed product label differ, contact us before using the product.

Products may contain or be processed in facilities handling nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten, milk, soy, sesame, pulses, spices or other allergens. Ingredient and allergen information should be reviewed on the product page and final package. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and will include or identify applicable taxes as required. Delivery charges, discounts and the final payable amount will be shown before order confirmation. Offers, coupons and free-delivery thresholds may have separate eligibility, validity and usage conditions. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting or dispatching an order and will provide an appropriate choice or refund where payment was already received.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated message or order number confirms receipt of the request but does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch. An order may be declined or cancelled before dispatch because of unavailable stock, an incorrect price, payment failure, an unserviceable PIN code, suspected misuse, legal restrictions or an incorrect delivery detail. Cash on Delivery orders do not require a refund unless money has already been collected.

Cash on Delivery is currently the only enabled payment method. Online payment options will be displayed only after a verified payment gateway is connected. Never share a card PIN, UPI PIN or one-time password with OmJi staff or anyone claiming to assist with an order.

Delivery availability, processing time, estimated timelines, shipping charges, tracking and delay conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier operations, weather, festivals, regional restrictions or incorrect address information. Risk and responsibility will transfer as provided by applicable law and the circumstances of delivery.

Cancellation, damaged or incorrect products, missing items, replacements and refunds are handled under our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy. Because the products are consumable food items, opened, used or correctly delivered products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind or taste preference. This does not restrict remedies available for defective, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.

Follow the storage, handling, best-before and consumption instructions printed on the package. Keep products sealed and protected from heat, moisture, contamination and pests. OmJi is not responsible for a quality issue caused after delivery by improper storage, handling, opening, alteration or use contrary to package instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The OmJi name, logo, packaging, photographs, graphics, text, website design and other brand material are owned by or licensed to the relevant OmJi business entity unless stated otherwise. Limited personal use of the website does not transfer any ownership or grant a licence to reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use this material.

The website may connect to payment, courier, social media or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. OmJi does not control an independent third party and is not responsible for its separate website, content or practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under law.
