Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders received on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require 7–10 business days. Delivery estimates are indicative and may change due to courier operations, weather, festivals or other circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Delivery is free on eligible orders above ₹499. Shipping charges for orders below this value, if applicable, will be displayed before the order is confirmed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, available tracking information will be linked to the order. Customers can also use the Track Order page to check the latest available status.
Correct Delivery Information
Please verify the recipient's name, complete address, PIN code and mobile number before placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is required. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed because of high order volume, courier disruption, weather, regional restrictions or incorrect address details. We will assist with the available shipment status, but courier timelines can be outside our direct control.
Damaged or Tampered Package
If a parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please take clear photographs or an unboxing video and contact us promptly. Keep the packaging and products until the issue has been reviewed.
